Initially I was unable to find a way on the ebay website to report to the seller that a received purchase had unexpected issues. Once I figured out a way, the Seller was prompt to respond and walk me through options. My issue was remedied and I give the seller high marks for doing so. I also noticed the shipment was prompt and nicely packed.

I offered a refund of half and buyer politely declined and then i thought we had ended our conversation amicably when I asked her to go ahead and return after she suggested that I may be able to resell to another with the additional flaws. Im not sure what else the buyer wanted from me in order for her to be happy. I apologize for any inconvenience. She is still able to return.
