I was very disappointed with my purchase of a merino blanket from this seller and also the complete lack of response when I wrote to her/him. The blanket arrived and instead of unpacking a nice light fluffy merino blanket I discovered a very shrunk and solid stiff blanket. It had shrunk/ felted very badly at some point. They did say it was a bit misshapen and flocked. This is not an accurate description. By the look of the thing it had shrunk so much it was about half the size it should’ve been
