Purchased replacement key for my laptop was not compatible with my laptop. It looked off, the placement of the letter was not aligned properly and the clip could not attached. It broke because it was sensitive. Had to post my laptop for sale for 60% discount due to the missing key.
Although, I have to say that the buyer did communicate very well and that the shipping was considerably fast. But for my situation, I had to leave a negative review.

GREAT Seller communication. Item was exactly as described and my keyboard is back at 100% functionality.
Only thing I'd recommend is slightly more official-looking packaging (a printed address label?), or perhaps a note in the package that indicates the contents/the ebay seller info. It was securely packaged, no damage to the item, but it was just a regular envelope with a few layers of seemingly random paperboard, tape, other insulation - it didn't look official and it took a bit to identify.
