Item was received damaged courtesy of UPS. The box looked nearly destroyed.
The receiver suffered a dent right on the faceplate corner. The overall packing could have been a little more "bulletproof" with corner protectors of some sort.
4 days of testing showed no major function issues & we agreed on a price adjustment.
Very good communication & I would consider dealing with them again.

Great communication and honest assessment of item. Unfortunately, the item did not survive shipping. Item was wrapped well, but the box was dropped/mishandled in shipment. I have had great experience with seller, and this does not diminish my thoughts of the sellers.
