hello from the picture provided we can see that the window wasnt properly cleaned before applying the decal. We are seeing finger prints under the K and E some dirt around the design and some debris at the bottom of the heart. We do provide transfer tape and we also recommend when placing decals to spray some water with dish soap on where you want the design and while still wet to paste it and with a debit/credit card to push out the water to not have the bubbles and bumps you have on the pic.
