Buyer is making false accusations. They were contacted immediately about freight costs not calculated accurately that same day of auction and did not respond by the required ship date (I had made it clear about shipping freight cost as well as there was a small crack in bottom, I wanted to make buyer aware and to let me know by ship date) therefore the order was canceled and refunded. The buyer then continued to send harassing and threatening messages of which a response was given to each one.
