    Easy set up for bad weather days

    This is a good set up for rainy or cold days when riding outside isn’t possible. It doesn’t take up much space and is easy to set up when needed. It is noisy, but headphones or earbuds make it tolerable for the rider. I did have to move my computer cable sensor from the front wheel to the rear wheel, which required me to make a spacer between the frame and sensing unit, to keep track of speed and mileage. I can ride anytime now.

    Excellent for every bike

    I have an exercise bike and my 7-year-old wanted one, too. Why not put her bike on a stand? This stand makes it possible for her to get exercise and get more comfortable on her bike. It's easy to take the bike off of the stand - so she doesn't miss any opportunity to ride outside. The bike that is on the stand is only 20" so it does not 'hit' the back wheel spinner (for tension adjustments), but that doesn't matter to her. This is a great, sturdy stand.

    Super easy! Good quality for the price.

    This deal was a bargain! It came with everything needed including the front tire stand and a skewer. There were no instructions in the box but this was a no brainer- less than 10 minutes from opening the box to finishing. My skewer fit perfectly so I didn’t have to change it. I installed on a Globe Carmel ladies size small. All I needed was a small level to make sure the back tire was square with the rear spindle, and to adjust the pressure in the tires. Very sturdy. I would say the noise output is medium. It’s a non issue to be honest. I may use a yoga or a rubber mat underneath to prevent slipping and to dampen noise as I have this placed on an upper level. This may however may not be necessary. I have high hopes this will function well for a long time.

    great deal

    works great because you can add resistance you would not get on the road, so you can add some variation to your cycling routine. I bought it used, but its condition was excellent. It is very sturdy, I do not have any problem standing and pedaling out of my saddle. Another advantage is that you can still train if anything prevents you from going out for a normal ride.

    Good trainer for basic needs

    Trainer is basic with no easy adjustments to resistance while riding. However I found that changing gears to get more resistance works just fine. It's very strong and easy to set up and store.
