I normally just post copy-and-paste feedback for most purchases. I won't on this one. I purchased a (in my opinion) high-end projector from this seller advertised as factory refurbished. Upon testing the unit I noted some discoloration in the projected image. Contacted the seller to see how they would like to proceed, and received a full refund within an hour! They apologized for missing the issue, and told me to keep the projector. No hassle. Much respect!
