The web cam was in good condition and was recognized by win 10 which loaded the necessary drivers. I used it with zoom and it functioned well. The missing star is because there is no software,driver downloads or other then basic starting directions available at the logitech site. They seemed to have disowned it. On the other hand the price is good for a quality product.

Hit and miss
The camera is finicky and sometimes it does not work on Google Hangouts. Haven’t diagnosed the issue yet but something is up with it because at times it connects beautifully other times it does not connect at all.
