not a great chair, nightmare to get the back screwed onto the seat if you dont have an extra pair of hands, had to screw in at an angle and the arms are that tight onto the chair, you are almost sitting in it with your legs totally closed, which wasnt comfy at all as your legs were right against the arms, got a prompt refund, with out any problems, thats why its neutral and not negative
