    Love how Lightweight it is and the reminders to move

    I like that I can track my steps, calories, etc. However, you need to go to the app on your phone or tablet to see everything and record your foods and water consumed. I would have given it 5 stars if I could press a button as I am walking to see how many steps I walk and if it had a clock/watch instead of having to access everything on the app. While the app is great and nice to see it all, I use my tablet for this and it's not always with me. I don't have a phone. I did have a problem after the 3rd day when it wouldn't sync at all. I chatted online with the customer service to help me get it to sync again. The customer service was excellent! I was able to follow the directions given to me (even though I am not that computer smart, he told just what to do), so I was happy again. It's ...

    Wouldn't vibrate, steps inaccurate.

    The Flex2 is supposed to vibrate when a call or message is received. I checked to ensure all the settings were correct and it still does not vibrate. This is one of the more important features I was hoping for. Also, the step counter seems to be wildly inaccurate- I have the Fitbit on my non-dominant hand, but when I'm baking cookies it thinks I'm walking!

    Replacement for lost FitBit Flex 2

    I bought this to replace the one I lost. This one works great, but I have to say the battery life isn't as good as my original one. I would only have to recharge my original FitBit Flex 2 once a week, this one requires recharging every three days

    This product is exactly as pictured. The only thing is, the large band is missing the metal link to close the watch. But my daughter uses the small band anyways.
