    An enjoyable read.

    Elmore Leonard is a genius story teller. Touch is about a young renunciate who possesses stigmata or bleeding from the palms like Christ on the Cross. This gives him a healing Touch. Most of Elmore Leonard's novels are Crime Fiction. This is probably his only novel that does not fall into that category. There is a film of the same name based on the novel. Father Guido Sarducci has a cameo role in the film version.
