The item was not in "very good" condition as the seller described, and I had messaged him concerning this. There was mold on the upper text block, which I had specifically asked him about, and a horrible moldy odor. I saved our e-mail conversation. He was dishonest.
How he packed the book caused issues with the post office because he wrapped it in a priority mail envelope and put that in a square-shaped box. I spent hours on the phone to rectify the situation, only to end up with a moldy book .

the book was 70 years old. it smelled like a 70 year old book. and there was no visable mold on the book. i didnt put it under a microscope. this person has mental issues i believe. beware
