Only given negative feedback 2-3 times in 15+ yrs. This was a surprise enagement ring that I wanted to give between Christmas and NYE. The stone is a synthetic Alexandrite, which changes colors naturally. I wanted a stone that is normally green, but changes colors through different light settings. I got a pinkish-purple stone, so i wasn't happy, I wrote the eSeller and received no response. The gold finish wore off already. Very disappointed. Would not use again. Ever.

POOR COMMUNICATION WITH EXCUSES. INORDERED IT ON MAY 4. 2024 & RECEIVED IT JUNE 4TH. THE LABEL WAS MADE ON MAY 14TH. CONTACTED THE SELLER AND WAS TOLD 2-3 DAYS, THEN 5 DAYS. IT SEEMED LIKED THE SEELLER NEEDEDVTHE $120 FOR A BILL AND MULTIPLYNTHAT BY WHO ELSE THEY DID THAT WAY. I HAD A FEELING NOT TO MAKE THE PURCHASE WITH THE SELLER HAVE A 60% POSITIVE FEEDBACK. AND THE PENDENT HAD F/ CHAIN, AND I DIDN'T KNOW IF A CHAIN WOULD COME SINCE THE PICTURE HAD IT ON DESCRIPTION. IT IS SAD!!!!
