I purchased this as a gift. I did plug it in to make sure that it works. It's actually going to replace a previous one that was lost. Great product
This is a much more quality air brush than the Revlon model. I got this one because it is ceramic, and my hairdresser told me that the metal ones get way too hot and will fry your hair. This is a great tool, and while the surface does get hot, it is nowhere near as hot as the previous model that I owned that had a metal base.
