Great movie...awesome actors...beautiful scenery...just needed captioning...sigh...!
Loved the movie...my only regret is that it didn't have captioning. The older I get...the harder it is to hear. So I use captioning always. I had watched this movie before on video - it had captioning...but wanted it on dvd...unfortunately...the dvd doesn't have it. Missed a lot of the conversation but I still liked the movie itself!

Entertaining and starring two wonderful actors!
This movie isn't a big budget film, but very entertaining with many really good actors. And for the bigot Burkelow who left the review calling Salli Richardson a nergo, you might want to pull your head out of your ---. It's African American and for your information she is part Cherokee as well. She has every right to be in this movie.

Lou Diamond Philips movie
Not the best movie for Lou Diamond Philips, but he really makes a mediocre movie better than it would be without him. They have the negro woman from Eureka TV series, playing an Indian. She does an OK job, but it would be better to have an Indian to play a native American Indian. It is worth watching, and it does have a good plot twist which makes it feel worth the time. I do not recall a really bad LDP movie. Over-all recommend this movie.Not the best movie for Lou Diamond Philips, but he really makes a mediocre movie better than it would be without him. Highly recommend this movie! Lou Diamond Phillips-as usual-does an excellent job in his role! Kind of a mix of drama with a thriller twist to it! If you like the movie Dance Me Outside-no Lou Diamond Phillips in it but a very young Adam Beach-then youll like Sioux City! Movies to go with Sioux City are: Dance Me Outside, Dreamkeeper & Black Cloud!
