Seller created a shipping label but never sent the package. The day after the item was supposed to arrive, the seller (scammer), finally dropped the package off to the carrier. Never dealt with such an awful seller before. The "seller" also never contacted me to to tell me about a delay or anything. No contact..no product shipment. Stay away from this seller!

The shipping fell off track when I didn’t receive my purchased item. I reported it thinking it may be a scam. The seller reached out to me and was positive throughout the process. He found the package and shipped it out with a new shipping date that i received on time (but a little late than expected) however the seller still had a positive attitude and was empathetic and even offered me partial refund which I was extremely grateful. A++ for going the extra mile above & beyond!
