While we aim to ensure every chainsaw cuts with precision and not its box, it seems the packaging's 'performance' didn't quite make the cut this time. However, the item was not damaged.. In the spirit of a good faith measure, we extended a partial refund to the buyer, hoping for a win-win resolution. This offer was accepted from the buyer, however the play fell a little short on his end on the negative feedback revision effort. I would not do business with this buyer.
