Teurer Versand , die Ware wird in normalen Briefumschlägen verschickt …… gerade bei Briefmarken Schalterbögen ist es wichtig diese durch ein Pappe zu verstärken und den Umschlag mit dem Hinweis , nich Knicken zu versehen . Lediglich als Einschreiben zu 2,70 € Anfragen zu Porto & Versand werden Stur und unfreundlich beantwortet .

Es wurde eine Rückgabe mit voller Erstattung angeboten jedoch nicht gewünscht, Versandkosten waren vorher angegeben und akzeptiert. Der Umschlag war mit Pappe verstärkt. Der Kunde will keine Lösung, sondern nur seine überzogenen Forderungen durchsetzen. Das ganze bei einem Los, was 2,50€ kostet!
