When the order finally was delivered, the "packets" were very old and the product was dry and not the quality that I was expecting. I reach out to her to say thank you, no response, and when I discovered nope. I inquired about the product and that it was not up to par, no response, once again. .A complete RIP-OFF. I am seeking a full refund, and do NOT recommend this seller under any circumstances
