I absolutely loved the cup that I had you do for my mom. She loved it so so much but I do want to say there was just a few flaws that we found where it wasn’t completely smooth surface. It was really rough in areas on the print other than that, it’s amazing. I really think it’s beautiful and I’m not sure if you will do anything to remake that where it’s just you know like I said not completely smoothand it’s roughed up or what not but if you could please get back with me and let me know ty

Thanks for your comment. I'm not sure I understand your comment. You are showing pictures of rings instead of a cup. The cup I sent was completely smooth on all edges. There's no possible way for gas ink to turn rough. The only reason a cup would be rough is if there were only elements like a finish added, which was not the case.
