    The GrooGrux King is King!

    Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King is another masterpiece that Dave Matthews Band has just delivered. Every new album is better than the previous one, and BWGK is no exception. This album is a smooth mix of soft rock with elements of jazz and blues, well played and carefully produced, put together with the unique singing style of Dave Matthews. This all makes an album that is easy to keep playing on and on.

    Love the Album, knew they had it in them!

    After purchasing the album, upon the first time through, I was luke-warm to the content. Each time I listen to it now, I am falling more and more in love with the work. If you are a casual Dave fan, I would also recommend this with a condition, "listen to it several times." It really does take a while to warm up to. Also, if you get the Fuse Network, check out the 4 part special on the making of Big Whiskey and the Groogrux King. It really helped shape the way I listen to the album.

    Best Dave Album Yet!

    I agree with the band on this: if Dave Matthews Band never makes another almbum this is the only one I hope people listen to. The energy, the true emotion and the sheer mastery of a diverse style of music makes this CD amazing. As some have said, you do need to listen through a few times to really get into it. I literally cant sit still while listening to it anymore.
