Soul's Perfection by Sylvia Browne
I have read several other books by Sylvia Browne, and that is why this book interested me. I like to watch her on the Montel show, and her books take some of the subjects she touches on and expounds them. She is straight forward, sometimes blunt, and what she says seems to ring true. Soul's Perfection is the second book in a series entitled Journey of the Soul. It is written from the perspective of Sylvia's spirit guides, through "deep trance mediumship". She also has contributed to it herself. The three guide you through the reason for life, from the planning you do before you get here, to the reasons why things "happen to you", or don't, and how to be a light in your world. They touch on Karma and Dharma, life themes, synergism and how these things affect your life. This book is written ... There are also several special meditations sprinkled throughout, and several prayers. In chapter 5, Sylvia gives us the 18 Tenets of her church, Novus Spiritus. As with most everything else she has written, Sylvia tells us to take what we want from the information she gives, and leave the rest. It either fits or it doesn't. For me, this book calmed some unspoken fears about life, and after, and gave me some things to think about. I would recommend this book to anyone, especially those searching for answers about life and it's meaning or purpose.

Sylvia Browne has come up with fantasy and managed to pawn it off on alot of uninformed people as truth. She quotes the Bible, but totally twists the meaning of what the Bible says. She does not believe that Jesus died on the cross so that we can have eternal life. She is a pyschic and the Bible clearly states to stay away from pyschics and mediums. Her so called spirit guide is actually a demon. She mixes a little truth with alot of falsehood and outright lies. She believes in re-incarnation, which the Bible does not teach. A book that exposes the New Age, that I recommend is by Johanna Michaelsen. Her book "The beautiful Side of Evil and "Like Lambs to the Slaughter", expose alot of these lies. I pray for Slvia Browne, because I know God loves her and everyone, but He doesn't want any ... This is my favorite book of all time
I have read all of Sylvia Browne's books and this one is my favorite. I have a Metaphysical store and I recommend this book far the most of my extensive store wide collection. She has a knack of putting people's mind at ease about life and this book is the epitomy of what life here on earth is all about. She explains many people's questions about why people are the way they are and helps us see the "big picture" of why we are here. My soul resonates to her teachings as I hope it does for many. I am an avid book reader but hers are the ones I remember the most. She speaks from her heart and you don't have to be psychically aware to realize it. This is an incredible book giving insight into our life themes, whether we are on our path or not and how our challenges in life are perfecting our soul. It alleviates us from feeling me must live up to religious rules or standards that were meant to control masses of people at one time, unraveling the concept that we sin at all. It is a freeing of the soul, helping us to accept who we are without judgment, the same way God accepts us. There are 2 spirit guides who contribute wisdom verbatim to the largest portions of the book, Francine being the main source. I currently have 3 copies of this book, because whenever I see that someone is searching for their life's purpose or feeling weighed down by life's problems this book can give new meaning to everything going on around you.
