The seller was very friendly and reached out when my item shipped. The item arrived packed well and in great condition. The only issue I had was my item did not show up when expected, no fault to the seller. When I checked the tracking, the item arrived in country as the seller said but then the tracking said authorization needed, which I believe are the slips of paper the postal carrier usually leaves in your mailbox. But I never received one. Luckily my item was still at my local post office.
