    funny

    I loved this book. It is the first book in the Jody and Tommy,a love story. I read it cover to cover and I couldn't put it down. For a vampire book, it is very tongue and cheek and just a really funny story. If you read this book, then you have to read the second book in the series You Suck. After I finished reading You Suck i contacted Chris Moore and he has written a third book called Bite Me and it will be out in April. Happy reading!!!

    Curse those Bloodsucking fiends!!!

    One of Christopher Moore's earlier books chronicles the life (and death) of Jody Stroud and her boyfriend/sire Elija and her boyfriend/minion Tommy. It's an amazing book full of both dark and light humor that's a treat for anyone. I give it the fangbanger seal of approval. You can't go wrong with Christopher Moore, see his other books "A Dirty Job" and the sequel to Bloodsucking Fiends called "You Suck: A Love Story."

    Made me laugh out loud

    Funny book. I read You Suck first not knowing that it was a sequel to Bloodsucking Fiends... So, of course I had to read it! This book is great, especially if you like vampires!

    Funny stuff!

    This was my first Christopher Moore novel and I enjoyed it... in fact, I moved on to 'You Suck' only 10 minutes after I finished this one. :) This is definitely not the YA, Twilight-esque story I'm so accustomed to, but it was still a good read. Recommended!
