    Nice surprise!

    I have been searching for new artists that are either blues singers or a variation of that genre. I was very impressed with this artist. Do not let his appearance fool you! He really belts out his music. I just loved it! Not blues but a variation on it. This was my first Shepherd cd. I will be buying more of his music. It's nice to hear younger people doing such great work. Five stars.

    GET KWS Ledbetter Heights

    I'm ashamed to say it took me this long in my 3 1/2 yrs of learning guitar to find out about KWS, as I love jazz / blues, 60's, Christian rock / pop rock and southern rock. (Check out Bo Bice's CD's) But KWS like SRV is a Texas Blues rocker who makes listening to guitar action wonderful. I don't know why someone wanted to sell this CD on Half.com but I'm glad they did as I got a great deal and great CD. I've since purchased two other CD's by KWS and will give review on them as well.

    The boy rocks it!

    After hearing a few of Shepard's blues cuts on Pandora I purchased this CD. First time playing the CD it struck me that there were few true blues renditions. The more I listened the more I appreciated Kenny's take on music. He does some fine renditions with the Double Trouble sound. There is one good take off on '40s traditional blues. His cut of Shame Shame Shame is absolutely great. Good mix of interpretive sounds a-la Stevie Ray Vaughn, Eric Clapton and early Chicago Blues.. Great buy for anyone who like rock n blues.
