GREATEST HITS-THE ASSOCIATION
A VERY nice collection to own! Some of the songs were number one hits that you will know. A few are not as famous, but are still really great ones. If you want to hear "Sunshine Pop" at it's best, you need this wonderful collection. The harder sound of "Six Man Band" is here and is a nice change of pace for the group. "Cherish" (a number one smash hit) and "Everything That Touches" (a 1968 number 10 hit)are perfectly crafted included gems, that stand the test of time very nicely. "Never My Love" is now the second most played song in modern music history, is included in this collection! Another delight is "Windy", a 1967 summer hit that topped the charts for 4 weeks! While not a complete collection in any way, this will give you a taste of some of the best music ever recorded. It will make ... A VERY nice collection to own! Memories
This cd has most of the Associations number one songs that we so much enjoyed years ago. I believe every member of this group was a great musician and together they made an outstanding band. I am thrilled that some people made the effort to reproduce these cd's and cassettes so that we can once again enjoy this and other great songs and bands.
