    The New German Cookbook

    I love German food, and like to prepare it often. Other books I have for German cooking feature recipes and ways to prepare food that are no longer done by most Germans. The recipes in this book are mostly easy to prepare, are authentic to what is prepared and eaten in Germany today, and rarely require the purchase of items that are not easily found in the average market. I especially like the section that defines various foods and their importance historically or otherwise.
