    200 mcg K2 is Better DOSE ( with Vit. C - at least 5000 IU )

    Dr. Gray states 300 mcg per day is SAFE. Most North America doses per tablet are ONLY 100 mdg. I take 200 mcg K2 with 5000 IU C daily. This is below SAFE levels and MORE effective. Canadian limits Vitamin C to 1000 IU. Dr. Gray says research and use history prove 10,000 IU ongoing is safe. Thank you for your product. Allen

    Excellent product, great price and good delivery times.

    I started taking 10,000IU D3 and 600 mcg K2 MK7 about 3 years ago for bone spurs on both heels. After using capsules for more than 2 years, I found this product which is tablet form. It would be nice if it came in 600 mcg size. Bone spurs and all inflamation are now gone and have been for about 9 or so months.

    Vit. K2 MK7 FROM NATTO 200MCG 365 CT.

    This is a good product. It's made from natto, so I feel that makes it better. A lot of protection with 200mcg. We PERSONALLY take 2 each per day. Good to take along with your d3 and calcium. A good price also.
