    Well illustrated book. This is perhaps the best thing to say about the book. The title of the book “Das Reich Division at Kursk: 12 July 1943”, however, is mainly given the story of the creation of the division and its re-formation at various intervals. Only about 20% of the total volume of the book is devoted to direct participation in the Battle at Kursk. As for the participation of the Das Reich in the Battle at Kursk, the description is very occasional and excessively subject to stereotypes and cliches. Unfortunately, often in the military literature about the Second World War, the authors use sources from one side, which leads to the formal glorification of some against the background of others. The information is based solely on German documents, as a result we see a monotonous and ...
