As described and a little late. The issue I have is that to function properly the neck of a wine bottle must be very standard and they don't seem to be standard. First usage I couldn't get a seal as the stopper wouldn't seal in the neck of the bottle. I wrapped a rubber band around the stopper and it worked fine. I suggest a couple of O rings could be supplied to cover variations in bottle neck diameter and all would be fine.
