Comunitaria) la garanzia sulla durata elettrica si applica entro 30 giorni dalla vendita

fornendo copia della ricevuta di acquisto.Per i difetti di costruzione e conformità

rimane valida la garanzia convenzionale di 24 mesi per i soggetti privati e di 12 mesi

per i soggetti titolari di partita IVA.

Convenzionalmente viene escluso ogni diritto del Cliente ad un risarcimento danni o ad indennizzi nonche' ogni responsabilità contrattuale o extracontrattuale per danni diretti o indiretti a persone e/o cose.
