Ordered battery on Sept 5 for my emergency beacon, it shipped Sept 13 only after I contacted them on Sept 11th. and got this response "sorry for the delay, ebay order feed to shipstation hadn't been working for a few days so we were unable to see and process new orders" I have 17 Ebay accounts, heard it all, but this is nonsense and I am not sellers babysitter. So I get 10 days later on 15th. Description says "Includes free silicon gasket grease!" but not in the package-neutral deserved here.
