This is supposed to be a new ballast. What I received as you can see in the photos is an old used ballast. I contacted the seller several times. He sated if it works then its new. He further stated "You purchased it for far less than what I paid for it. You got a good deal." Look at the photos, this is used and in poor condition. The unit does work but for how long?
Don't buy from this person it is a scam!! You can't advertise "new" then ship off old used parts. This person is a liar!

I have own a lighting contracting business. This item was excess stock. The item was listed as new but not in a box. This item was originally purchased in a case quantity. It was removed from the case and stocked on one of my bucket trucks. The buyer complained about the exterior appearance of the ballast. This was the result of riding in a bin on the bucket truck and had nothing to do with it's function. It was never installed. It was new, and exactly as advertised.
