The seller answered my question promptly. Shipping was fast. The item was packaged well. It appeared that one end was opened but because of how the item was wrapped, it would not come out of the package easily. Nice job.
The wand is a bit awkward to use probably because of the length and flexibility. It will take a few tries to figure out how to maneuver it properly. It’s a great concept for getting under appliances and low furniture.
I recommend this seller and will shop with them again.
