Item didnt match description. Saw it brand new but when it arrived, Battery was dead so I bought my own replacement.. once turned on now it says SIM LOCKED on setting.. ordered my own unlock online but it says phone cannot be unlocked we have to pay another $200 some for the unlock. I wasted $300 some from seller, $80 for battery and now another $200 some for unlocking? Seller wont help me in any way or even refund my money back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS! TOTAL RIPOFF!

The buyer purchased a brand new factory sealed phone that was manufactured over 5 years ago. The listing states both "This phone is unlocked for use only with any CDMA + GSM carrier in the United States." and "Due to the age of this item the original battery will likely need to be replaced in order for the phone to function." The buyer intended to use it on a carrier outside the US. We gave the buyer both unlock and return options but the buyer wanted to keep the phone and receive a full refund.
