Negative feedback because I reached out a few times trying to resolve an issue and they ghosted me. Communicate like an adult and it’s all good. It’s really that easy. Offered to pay for shipping just to exchange a half-size up and they couldn’t even be bothered to reply. Even if the answer was no. So now I’m left with a pair of shoes that don’t fit. Make sure you know exactly what size you need or guess really good because once you get them they won’t talk to you. Unprofessional and immature.
