It arrived a couple days later than scheduled (no big deal) and works as advertised, and while assembly isn't rocket science some basic instructions would have been nice (there weren't any). Overall I am satisfied with it, knowing in advance ALL these magnifying lamps are manufactured in China now, and would only buy American if given a choice, but it is what it is & for $22 if I need another I'll buy from this same vendor. Communication wasn't an issue, I didn't require any communication.
