BUYERS BEWARE. I received an item in such poor condition from this seller it shocked me. I reached out all I received was contradiction as the seller was trying to cover there actions This seller threw accusations back saying I have tried this before which is disrespectful. A buyer only RETURNS items purchased which are received differently to described. The international shipping process Does NOT work for international buyers as they use a shipping carrier that does NOT work in rural areas

Sir, I apologize that you weren’t happy with the small lamp you purchased, but your suggestion of refunding you $30 on a $37 purchase instead of returning for a full refund was not beneficial to anyone but you. I was strictly following eBays guidelines under the international shipping rules. You got your full refund and still left me poor feedback, why? I was very cordial, very apologetic I just wasn’t able to refund you more then what I made on the lamp. Rude, profanity gets you no where.

For starters Im not a Sir-You are not trustworthy you had no intention in helping me I ADVISED you DHL is NOT in my hometown and I told Ebay this I COULD NOT RETURN IT WITH DHL YOU DID NOT STEP IN TO OFFER ANOTHER CARRIER YOU DIDNT EVEN TRY I closed the return because I did NOT want to put myself through the stress you caused.
