This item was ordered to replace a 15 yr old MR. Coffee brewer that had a leak-which I was able to fix-so I haven't used this item. This item was listed as BRAND NEW but clearly not. I think it was more likely an item that was returned to the store; open box. The box had been previously opened with cardboard inside, clearly not belonging to the item. It was missing a rubber foot on the bottom of the unit that caused it to sit lopsided. I did contact the seller that sent me the missing piece. Shipping took an excessive amount of time.
