Started off rocky. Machine arrived and did not function as designed. Multifunction knob, dog feed and bobbin did not work. Seller setup a tech call in which he verified the issues and made arrangements for return shipping. Seller stated part broke in shipping and shorted out a circuit board. Machine was repaired and returned within a week. Seller was attentive to my needs and communicated appropriately.
