First, the positive. Item was very carefully well packed and arrived in quickly. Unfortunately, the painting is very, very yellowed and needs removing a very aged varnish. The picture is not "ready to hang and enjoy as a highlight to your nautical art collection." Giving the benefit of the doubt of the seller, I am providing neutral feedback as cameras sometimes improve on the picture, though I retrospect the gold frame of the picture looks visibly violet suggesting a possible color adjustment.
