Contacted shipper ahead of time to ask if the item pictured was the exact item that I would receive. I was told it was the exact item. The item arrived and was new and in fine condition but was not the same item and not the item I wanted. The box shown on ebay was completely different from what arrived. Hard to believe. To his credit, the shipper offered a refund but for an $11 item, it was hardly worth my time. The purpose of the email ahead of time was to avoid this. I was very disappointed.

Great Product
I've been using this product twice a day for about 8 years. It's the best astringent lotion I've ever used. Not to harsh for skin (so great for sensitive skin) but at the same time does it job perfectly. The only problem is that it's too expensive (comparing to the many others astringent lotions that we can now easily find in the market). Every time I have to buy it I always think twice about changing for other brand (because of the price), although I always end buying La Roche_Posay one because go the great resultsI've been using this product twice a day for about 8 years.
