    Easy to install, set-up and use, great price point

    We love it, simple enough to walk up and use without instruction, sophisticated enough to use the internet for control and displays outside climate information in my vicinity. Like the humidity as well as temp info. Also interfaces with our local utility for their "peak saver" program (optional), and has useful menu function for programming daily use (probably could be more user-friendly, though). Color display is tops and even provides a night light in our pitch dark hallway. Back cover plate in bottom of box was very useful for covering up previous install wall marks. In all a very well thought-out product.

    Great thermostat

    I was looking at the Nest but many reviews seem to think it's too smart for its own good, making "learned" decisions you might not agree with. I prefer to control my own thermostat (and automatic settings), but I wanted wifi remote control. The Ecobee Smart Si has been a perfect solution. If I wake up early in the a.m. and it's too cold to get up, I love being able to turn on the heat from my iPhone before getting out of bed. I love checking the temp before I arrive home in the evening or from a trip. This thermostat does everything it claims to do, and it does it well. It doesn't do excessive cycling to maintain temp, which my former thermostat did. I just can't think of a negative thing to say. I'm about to buy my second.     Fantastic T-stat for the money.

    I have converted all of my home and office/warehouse thermostats to the Smart SI. Is so easy to set up, to manage, and work great-especially if you have wifi in the area near the t-stats. They will work fine by themselves, but the web portal and smartphone app makes this a completely different experience. Can't recommend this more highly.

    A wonderful Upgrade

    Installed this item in a camper. It is an amazing piece of technology and makes monitoring/controlling the climate control so much easier. The ecobee web portal is easy to use, but where it really shines is in the iOS app with Apple Watch support. I’m blown away at how easy it is to use and how informative the app can be, as well as the ability to adjust the mode, temperature, and be kept abreast of any problems. Highly recommend!
