The item was shipped in a timely manner via USPS mail. I have a 2006 Kawasaki ZX10R so I could not install this myself because the entire tail end of the motorcycle needed to be taken off & I didn't feel comfortable doing that so I had the exhaust Servo removal module installed by a motorcycle shop. I had that annoying code 63 blinking for the last 2-3 months but as soon as the shop installed the item it worked perfectly & removed the error code that kept blinking. I'd recommend the product.
