A huge hole cut in the bag. Toll couldn't care less (they just dumped it and ran). You offered a refund (which was FAR easier than getting toll to ship) - but then only refunded me 25%. I had to point this out and the reason was "another colleague made a mistake". Won't be ordering Geeetech again.
