Listing said "new." Received obviously used items missing critical parts. Replacements were sent via the slowest possible shipping method. Total waste of time which did not actually save me a penny over the supply house in the long run.

2 of the plug covers fell off and I did not notice before I sent the item. Buyer contacted me, I found them in the box I had the taps in, and I sent them out the next morning. I could have done Priority Mail to get them there faster. Lesson learned on that. They were absolutely new as advertised though which is why buyer was ok with me sending the covers instead of returning the item.
