THE NERVE OF SOME PEOPLE, THE AIDS WORK FINE, HOWEVER THE USER HAS PROFOUND HEARING LOSS. HE FAILED TO MENTION THAT I SENT HIM A MORE POWERFUL HEARING AID AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. HE NEVER GAVE ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO HELP HIM FROM THE START, LEFT ME NEGATIVE FEEDBACK THEN CALLED ME TO SEE WHAT I CAN DO TO HELP HIM.
