Item was missing hardware and arrived with some scratches. I reached out to the seller and he was willing for me to return the item. We ended up settling on a reduced price instead. He was very responsive and apologized several times for the scratched faucet. The item does appear new. I am just not sure it it was scratched due to how it was shipped or if it may have been returned due to that as it was open box?

    Plastic hose

    Everything was good with this product except for the all plastic hose. It doesn't give and just wants to keep coiled around itself. Had to buy a different hose.
