Frame size was incorrect (52cm rather than 54cm). Before purchasing I asked seller to confirm the size and the seller confirmed the wrong size. The frame wasn't packaged well and the seatpost clamp was missing. Seller didn't want to take responsibility for return shipping and eventually stopped responding to me. Thankfully eBay stepped in and took care of the return including shipping.
